Meet Your Exercise Physiologist

My journey into healthcare began with a deep curiosity about how the human body functions. After graduating high school in 2016, I completed a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Sydney, majoring in Physiology. While I initially considered a path in medicine, I realised my true calling lay in a field where I could build deeper, daily connections with people. My genuine love for listening, chatting, and supporting others on their health journeys led me straight to Exercise Physiology - and I have never looked back.

I graduated with Distinction in 2023, completely falling in love with the profession along the way. What drives my practice is the ability to bridge the gap between complex medical science and practical, movement-based therapy. I find immense fulfillment in working with diverse clinical populations, translating my deep understanding of human physiology into personalised, real-world exercise programs that truly change lives.

While I welcome clients from all walks of life, I hold a particular passion for healthy ageing and musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation. I love helping older adults maintain their independence, vitality, and strength, as well as guiding individuals safely through injury recovery so they can return to doing what they love. As a proud child of Lebanese immigrants, I am also fluent in Arabic and passionate about delivering culturally accessible care to our community.

Outside of the clinic, you will likely find me indulging my major love for food, trying out new sports, or catching up on the latest sports. I am a massive fan of the NRL, basketball, and the UFC - so feel free to chat about the latest games or fights during our sessions!

Clinical training and experience you can trust.
